How to request a refund
Web purchases are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us at support@vanteragroupco.com and we'll take care of it. Refunds are handled under Paddle's Refund Policy.
Purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple; request those refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.
