Terms of Service
These terms are between you and VanteraGroupCO, the seller of PennyPath. By using PennyPath, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age in your country to create an account.
The service
PennyPath is a personal budgeting app. PennyPath Pro adds premium features such as planning, calendar, debt payoff tools, subscription tracking, savings goals, and an AI coach. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
Subscriptions and payment
PennyPath Pro is available as a monthly, yearly, or lifetime plan. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple under your Apple ID agreement.

Acceptable use
Do not use PennyPath for unlawful activity, fraud or spam, intellectual-property infringement, or to interfere with the service's security (including malware, probing, or scraping). Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service, and do not attempt to access other users' accounts. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Intellectual property
VanteraGroupCO owns PennyPath and its intellectual property, including the software, branding, and documentation. Your financial data remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Not financial advice
PennyPath and its AI coach provide general educational information only — not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Your financial decisions are your own responsibility.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the app from time to time. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings.
